ALICE IN WONDERLAND

For this project, I wanted to create a distinction between the wonderland characters and the ‘real world’ characters, while also adhering to the time period the story was written in. I achieved this by using inspiration from pottery glazes and dye techniques for the wonderland characters and applying them as interesting prints or dye jobs for their costumes. In a second part of the project, we were instructed to select two characters to translate into ballet costumes.
